What's your return policy?
Stork Snapshots will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. You must complete a return claim form and it must accompany your return.  Click here to print a copy of the form. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).

In the event of special promotions or discounts, Stork Snapshots reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please call our customer care team if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.

The few things you can’t send back:

• items discounted for final sale or those that are marked-down over 50% off
• personalized or custom items
• Halloween items after October 15th
• holiday-themed items (i.e., baby's first ornament, holiday clothing, etc.) after the holiday
• beauty and hygiene products ( lotions, soaps, etc.)
• clearance items with discounts over 50% off

Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.

We are not liable to return and /or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
