Welcome to Stork 4D Imaging Studio! Our new location can be found at 477 E. Butterfield Rd in Lombard — Across the street from the Yorktown Mall. Look for the MEDIX Building and we are located on the lower level. Take the left elevator bank to the lower level and make a right. Our new "nest" is on the left at the end of the hall in suite #004. Our Hours

Our 3D 4D ultrasound studio has appointments 7 days a week.  We often have same day appointments and can always find an appointment that will fit in your schedule!
